NOTICE OF OVERSTAYING CONTAINERS

In reference to the letter-request dated December 03, 2021, of Steve Francis Realuyo, AVP – South Harbor Operations, Asian Terminals Incorporated (ATI) requesting to dispose the above subject containers and for the issuance of Decrees of Abandonment of the same under Section 1129 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA), let this be a Final Notice to all owners of overstaying containers stored at ATI, per list provided by ATI. (attached herein)

Five (5) days upon posting of the same at the Bulletin Board and Bureau of Customs (BOC) website the said overstaying export laden containers will be declared abandoned by the Port and accordingly will be issued Decrees of Abandonment to the said container pursuant to the provisions of the CMTA.
