NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT
Abandonment Proceedings No. 027-2021
This is to notify that the District Collector of Customs, Port of NAIA, rendered a Notice and Declaration of Abandonment docketed as Abandonment Proceeding No. 027-2021 (NAIA) on June 16, 2021 declaring abandoned in favor of the government, seven (7) shipments which remained unclaimed in Cargohaus – CBW No. 125, pursuant to Section 1129 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA).
Failure to file a Motion for Reconsideration within Fifteen (15) days from posting of this Notice at the Bureau of Customs Website shall be construed as a waiver and the subject shipment shall be disposed in accordance with law.
