NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT
Abandonment Proceedings No. 035-2021
This is to notify that the District Collector of Customs, Port of NAIA, rendered a Notice and Declaration of Abandonment docketed as Abandonment Proceeding No. 035-2021 (NAIA) on August 13, 2021 declaring abandoned in favor of the government, the overstaying/unclaimed pieces of baggage which remained unclaimed at the Interline Baggage Room and Inbond Section at Terminal 1,2 & 3.
Failure to file a Motion for Reconsideration within Fifteen (15) days from posting of this Notice at the Bureau of Customs Website shall be construed as a waiver and the subject shipment shall be disposed in accordance with law.
