Pursuant to the provision of Section 2601 of the TCCP as amended in relation to CMO 5-2003 dated March 17, 2003, CMO 18-2003 dated July 25, 2003, CMO 5-2005 dated June 15, 2005 and CAO 10-2007 dated November 28, 2007, a PUBLIC AUCTION SALE (Sealed Bidding) of abandoned and forfeited cargoes in One (1) Lot shall be conducted by this Port on:

Opening of sealed bids : 2:00 p.m.
Place : Conference Room, 3rd Floor, BOC-NAIA Main Building, MIA Road, Pasay City.
The said articles shall be available for viewing at the designated locations on: August 7 & 8, 2017 (Monday and Tuesday)
