For the week of June 23-29, 2017, there were five (5) formal entries filed at port of Iloilo; three (3) entries were completed and two (2) entries are still in progress. For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, there were two (2) formal entries filed and are still in progress. To summarize, the entire District of Iloilo has a total of seven (7) formal entries filed.
There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, alert orders, apprehensions, warrant of seizure and detention. Also, there are no upcoming seminars and activities for the port.
A Public Auction Sale of various sizes of rebars (weight: 583,145 kgs.) through Sealed Bidding was conducted by the Auction and Cargo Disposal Committee (ACDC), Port of Iloilo on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 and Friday, June 30, 2017 at the Assessment Division. However, the result of the bidding was failure, considering that the floor price of the sale items is Php 12,739, 642.25 but the highest bid was only Php 7,000,000.00. The sale items will now be forwarded to the Central Office for a negotiated sale. #
