Port of Iloilo & Sub-port of Pulupandan for Week of June 16-22, 2017

For the week of June 16-22, 2017, there were two (2) formal entries and one (1) informal entry filed and completed at Port of Iloilo.

For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, there were two (2) formal entries filed; one (1) entry is completed and the other one (1) entry is in progress. Two (2) informal entries were filed and completed.

To summarize, the entire District of Iloilo has a total of seven (7) entries filed: formal entries, informal entries and export.

There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auction, alert orders, warrant of seizure and detention and apprehensions. Also, there are no upcoming seminars and activities for the port.

On Monday, June 19, 2017, the port conducted its “Basic Customer Service Skills Seminar-Workshop” at Assessment Division. The said seminar-workshop was administered by Mr. Leo F. Jamorin, Chief Human Resource Specialist- Public Assistance and Liaison Division of Civil Service Commission Regional Office VI.

In support of our Philippine Army who courageously fights for our country, the port joined the “Project Shoebox Para sa Marawi” on Tuesday, June 20, 2017. The personnel prepared empty shoe boxes and filled it with school supplies for the students of Marawi and boxes which contains black socks for combat shoes, t-shirt, face towel, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste and razor for our brave soldiers.  Each box has a personal message for the recipient (soldier or student). #
