Notice is hereby given that the District Collector of the Port of Manila has issued Warrants of Seizure and Detention (WSD) against the shipments consigned to LEXXA CONSUMER GOODS TRADING, docketed as Seizure Identification Nos. 2025-044 to 2025-046, dated 23 June 2025, pursuant to Section 1400, in relation to Section 1113 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA).
