Notice is hereby given that the District Collector, Port of Manila has issued a Warrant of Seizure and Detention (WSD) against the shipment consigned to ACES INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER GOODS TRADING, docketed as Seizure Identification No. 2025-049, dated 18 July 2025, pursuant to Sections 1400, 117 and 1113 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA), in relation to NTA Board Resolution No. 079-2005, otherwise known as the “Amended Rules and Regulations Governing the Exportation and Importation of Leaf Tobacco and Tobacco Products”.
