Notice is hereby given that the District Collector of the Port of Manila has issued a Warrant of Seizure and Detention (WSD) against the shipment consigned to ADREY MARK D. RAMIREZ, docketed as Seizure Identification No. 2025-047, dated 11 July 2025, pursuant to Sections 118 and 119(d) of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA), in relation to Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9165 otherwise known as the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002”.
