Notice is hereby given that the District Collector of the Port of Manila has issued a Warrant of Seizure and Detention (WSD) against the shipment consigned to LATINX CONSUMER GOODS TRADING, docketed as Seizure Identification No. 2025-043, dated 23 June 2025, pursuant to Section 1400, in relation to Section 1113 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA).
