Pursuant to Customs Administrative Order No. 10-2020, if the owner is unknown, with insufficient address, or a foreign entity or individual, the service of Warrant of Seizure and Detention (WSD) shall be effected by posting of the WSD by the ESS in the bulletin board of the concerned collection district office, and by electronic posting through the BOC website.
It can be noted that the WSD of shipment consigned to Ahmed Badjo with Seizure Identification No. 153-2023 has been posted on the MICP Bulletin Board by the concerned ESS personnel. In view thereof, MICP is hereby posting the herein attached WSD as official service and notification to the consignee.
