BRIEFER: 31 JULY – 05 AUGUST 2017 AT THE POM
In summary, the Port of Manila processed a total of 5,495 Entries – ranging from Transshipment, Warehousing, Export, Formal and Informal – generally for the period of 31 July – 05 August 2017, among which 47 containers containing Balikbayan boxes were processed.
No Warrants of Seizure and Detention (WSD) was issued by the Law Division and there were no auction proceedings for the said period.
The Nationwide Joint Flag Raising Ceremony last 31 July 2017 at the BOC Gymnasium was attended by the Port of Manila employees and other Customs Officials of the Bureau of Customs.
Holy masses were celebrated at the POM Lobby on 02 and 04 August 2017.
And lastly, the final coaching for the Civil Service Mentoring was done on 03 August 2017 for Job-Orders who will take the Civil Service Examination on 06 August 2017.
