For the period October 22-26, 2018, Bureau of Customs, Port of Legazpi, had recorded at total of three (3) entries that contributed to the total duties and taxes collected of Php44,288,355.00 from Oct. 1 to 26, to wit:
Three (3) formal entries consigned to –
Goodfound Cement Corporation with a shipment of 8,786MT of Coal via BG “Palladium”
National Food Authority with a shipment of 4,000.00MT of Rice via MV “Dhong Phu”
Apo Cement Corp. with a shipment of 6,000MT of Cement via MV “Vimaru Pearl”
Significant Events/Activities:
October 22, 2018: during the flag raising ceremony at the Port of Legazpi, a turn-over ceremony was conducted for the out-going Acting District Collector Michael Angelo DC. Vargas and return of District Collector Arsenia C. Ilagan pursuant to CPO no. B-337-2018.
Collector Vargas assumed his post at NAIA Customhouse as Acting Deputy Collector for Operations in compliance to CPO no. B-338-2018.
