Brief Narrative (February 19-23, 2018)
For the third week of February, Bureau of Customs- Port of Legazpi recorded one (1) formal completed entry of 3,000.00MT of Rice via MV VTB 36 consigned to Midway Sales Corp. Two (2) export entries were also completed with a total of 37 boxes of Gold Dore from Philippine Gold Processing & Refining Corporation in Masbate. There was also one (1) informal entry amounting to Php5,755.00 from Naga Postal. These totaled to four (4) entries for February 19-23, 2018.
Customs Legazpi personnel also attended a one-day seminar about “Refresher Course on Overview of Customs Law” and “Seminar on the Implementing Rules and Regulations on De Minimis Value and Clearance of Postal Items” given by the Port’s District Collector, Atty. Ma. Lourdes V. Mangaoang.
