Brief Narrative (August 29-31, 2017)
For the last week of August, Bureau of Customs Port of Legazpi recorded a total of four (4) formal entries: one (1) filed and completed formal entry of 6,100.00 MT of Pyrite Cinder via MV Thanh Thuy and two (2) completed formal entries of 9,061.376 MT of steam coal via TB Many Plus 9 and the 6,435.00 MT of Synthetic Gypsum via MV Hui Feng 7 all of which consigned to Goodfound Cement Corporation. There is also one (1) recorded completed export entry of Gold Dore from Philippine Gold Processing & Refining Corporation in Masbate. These totaled to five (5) entries for the week of August 29-31, 2017.
The Port of Legazpi Personnel also participated in the Ibalong Festival Funwalk, held last Saturday, August 26, 2017 5:00 am, in the celebration of the 26th Year Anniversary of Ibalong Festival. After the funwalk with all other agencies in Legazpi, the Port also joined the zumba dance in Legazpi Boulevard where the funwalk ended.
