Brief Narrative (April 23-27, 2018)
For the week of April 23-27, 2018, Bureau of Customs, Port of Legazpi recorded a total of three (3) formal entries: one (1) in-progress formal entry of 8,000.00 MT of Indonesian Steam Coal via TB Clyde/ BG Claudia consigned to Pherwin Shipping Corporation; two (2) completed entries of 7,101MT of Synthetic Gypsum via MV BMC COSMOS and 6,000MT of Zinc Slag via MV EASTERN JADE both consigned to Goodfound Cement Corporation. There are also five (5) informal entries from postal Naga amounting to Php46,334.00. These totaled to eight (8) entries for the last week of April 2018.
April 24, 2018, Port of Legazpi visited Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), Sub-port of Tabaco for a meeting with Mr. Romeo B. Perez, Jr., Division Manager of PPA, headed by District Collector, Arsenia C. Ilagan, to discuss on-going repair and rehabilitation of PPA.
