In support of the transformation program of the Commissioner of Customs to make the Bureau closer and more accessible to the public, the Bureau of Customs-Port of Legazpi conducted another webinar on customs policies and operations entitled “Customs Procedures & Practices and Forum” on November 15, 2021.

Participated by the stakeholders and Customs Administration students of Legazpi, the webinar tackled four key topics: the Customer Care Center, Port Operations, Import Clearance, and Export Procedure.
In his opening message, Acting District Collector Arthur G. Sevilla, Jr. thanked the participants for their support and emphasized that the quarterly webinar is conducted to inform, update, and, briefing the public, especially the primary stakeholders, on the new processes, policies, and operations of the Bureau for an expeditious and uninterrupted transaction with the Port.

Through the virtual forum, the Port also addressed the queries of the public as well as the issues and concerns affecting its transactions and performance.
