NARRATIVE REPORT
Week of September 1-8, 2017
Personnel from Port of Iloilo, Kalibo International Airport and Sub-port of Pulupandan gathered at Assessment Division, Bureau of Customs, Port of Iloilo and attended the Seminar on Airport Operations on September 8, 2017. The said seminar was spearheaded by Dr. Elizabeth B. Pableo, COO V/ Chief, Arrival Operations Division, NAIA and Ms. Amalia B. Apolonio, COO I/ Acting Assistant Cheif, Aircraft Operations Division, NAIA whom dynamically acted as Resource Speakers from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. With them were Ms. Maria Desiree F. Malasmas, Technical Assistant, ITDD-IAG and Ms. Nicole Headerre Alarcon, Training Assistant, ITDD-IAG.
For this week, the entire District has a total of 17 entries filed; exports, formal and informal entries.
One (1) entry is still in progress out of two (2) entries filed at Port of Iloilo. Five (5) exports and five (5) informal entries were filed and completed.
For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, one (1) formal entry and four (4) exports were filed and completed.
There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auctions, alert orders, apprehensions, warrant of seizure and detention.
The final schedule for Seminar on Integrity, Transparency and Accountability in Public Service is on Friday, September 29, 2017. Ethics, Accountability and Integrity in the Bureaucracy are the topics that will be covered for the said seminar. #
