NARRATIVE REPORT
Week of September 8-14, 2017
The District of Iloilo has a total of 15 entries filed; exports, formal and informal entries.
Two (2) entries are still in progress out of seven (7) formal entries filed at Port of Iloilo. Also, four (4) informal entries were filed and completed. For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, three (3) formal entries were filed; two (2) entries were completed and one (1) entry is still in progress. One (1) export was filed and completed.
There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auctions, alert orders, apprehensions, warrant of seizure and detention.
There will be a forthcoming Seminar on Integrity, Transparency and Accountability in Public Service on Friday, September 29, 2017 which will cover the topics of Ethics, Accountability and Integrity in the Bureaucracy.
On September 7, 2017, the port has already sent its request for an orientation seminar regarding the Implementation of Super Green Lane (SGL) to be conducted on September 22, 2017 to the head secretariat of Super Green Lane (SGL) Committee however we are still waiting for the reply of confirmation for the said activity.
For this week, there are no significant events held in the district but all personnel of the bureau are in full collaboration to exceed the collection target set by the Department of Finance for the month of September 2017. #
