NARRATIVE REPORT
Week of September 22-29, 2017
In the continuing support towards Civil Service Commission’s implementation of quality service delivery of the government front liners, the port held a Seminar on Integrity, Transparency and Accountability in Public Service. Topics on Ethics, Integrity and Accountability in the bureaucracy were intensively and joyfully discussed by CSC accredited speaker Mr. Jerome R. Eslabra on September 29, 2017 at Assessment Division, Port of Iloilo.
For this week, the District of Iloilo has a total of 25 entries filed which are composed of exports, formal and informal entries.
At Port of Iloilo, four (4) entries were completed out of six (6) formal entries filed. Nine (9) informal entries and six (6) exports were filed and completed.
For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, two (2) formal entries were filed; one (1) entry is completed and one (1) entry is still in progress. Three (3) informal entries were filed and completed.
There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auctions, alert orders, apprehensions, warrant of seizure and detention. As of the moment, there are no forthcoming seminars for this port but the Administrative Officer is continuously developing a strategic plan as to what seminars will be conducting. #
