NARRATIVE REPORT
Week of May 5-11, 2017
For the coverage of May 5-11, 2017, there were two (2) formal entries completed out of five (5) formal entries filed in Port of Iloilo and the remaining three (3) entries are in progress. Also, four (4) informal entries were filed and completed.
For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, there were three (3) formal entries filed; one (1) of those entries is in progress and two (2) were completed. A total of one (1) informal entry was filed and completed.
To summarize, the entire District of Iloilo has a total of thirteen (13) entries filed: formal and informal entries.
There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auction, alert orders, warrant of seizure and detention and apprehensions.
There will be an upcoming in-house seminar on “Values Formation” this coming Friday, June 09, 2017 to be held at the Assessment Division, Iloilo Custom’s Building, Muelle Loney St. Iloilo. With regards to the Seminar on Customer Service, we are exerting all the efforts to have a schedule and administer it anytime on June 2017.
No significant events were held in the District for this week but all employees of the Bureau are in full collaboration to exceed the target set by the Department of Finance for the month of May 2017. #
