NARRATIVE REPORT
Week of July 28- August 03, 2017
Once again, the District of Iloilo has phenomenally exceeded the assigned monthly target. For the month of July, the required target is Php 215,532,000.00 and the district has generated total cash revenue collection of Php 282,489,281.25 reaching a 31 percent deviation.
For the coverage of July 28-August 03, 2017, there were two (2) formal entries filed and are still in progress at Port of Iloilo. Three (3) informal entries were filed and completed. Also, two (2) exports were filed and completed.
For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, there were three (3) formal entries filed and are still in progress. One (1) informal entry was filed and completed. One (1) export was filed and is still in progress.
To summarize, the entire District of Iloilo has a total of twelve (12) entries filed; exports, formal and informal entries.
There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auction, alert orders, apprehensions, warrant of seizure and detention. As of the moment, there are no operational highlights for the port.
The final schedule for the forthcoming Seminar on Airport Operation is on September 01, 2017 which will be held at the Assessment Division, BOC- Port of Iloilo.
The request for holding a Seminar on Integrity, Transparency and Accountability in Public Service is still on process. As per indicated on our letter request, the said in-house seminar will be held on September 22, 2017. #
