NARRATIVE REPORT
August 31- September 06, 2018
Mr. Noli P. Santua Jr., OIC- Iloilo International Airport gave a lecture to the Philippine Coast Guards Headquarter VI in compliance with the directive of Acting District Collector, Dr. Wivina B. Pumatong, CESE. The topics discussed were the Mission and Vision of Commissioner Isidro S. Lapeña, PhD, CSEE, his 5-Point Priority Agenda, Policies and Programs and Customs Laws and Regulations.
Dr. Wivina B. Pumatong, CESE, Acting District Collector received a Certificate of Commendation during the Flag Raising and Awarding Ceremony at Port of Manila on Monday, September 03, 2018 for the successful performance of the Collection District VI in surpassing its Php 337, 000,000 Target for the month of August 2018 with a total revenue collection of Php 375, 841, 263 or 11.53% above the target.
On September 05, 2018, Dr. Wivina B. Pumatong, CESE, together with Commissioner Isidro S. Lapeña and all Deputy Commissioners, District Collectors, Service Directors and Division Chiefs gathered for the BOC Command conference at Port of Batangas.
For this week, the entire district has a total of 16 entries filed; export, formal and informal entries.
At the main office, ten (10) formal entries were filed; six (6) were completed and four (4) are still in progress. One (1) export was filed and completed.
For the Subport of Pulupandan, three (3) formal entries were filed and are still in progress. Two (2) informal entries filed and completed.
There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auctions, alert orders and apprehensions. There will be two (2) in-house seminars to be conducted on this port on September 13, 2018, such seminars are the following:
1. Seminar on Integrity, Transparency and Accountability in Public Service
2. Additional Guidelines on filing Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net-Worth
A Fire Drill will also be held on September 11, 2018, 1:30 P.M at Iloilo Customhouse Building, Port of Iloilo. #
