NARRATIVE REPORT
Week of August 18-24 2017
For this week, the entire District of Iloilo has a total of 17 entries filed; exports, formal and informal entries.
Three (3) formal entries were completed out of four (4) entries filed at Port of Iloilo. Six (6) exports and one (1) informal entry were filed and completed.
For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, six (6) formal entries were filed; two (2) entries were completed and the remaining four (4) entries are still in progress. There were no export and informal entries filed for this week.
There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auctions, alert orders, apprehensions, warrant of seizure and detention.
Considering that Eid al-Adha or “Feast of Sacrifice” which is a regular holiday falls on September 1, 2017, the scheduled forthcoming Seminar on Airport Operation of this port will be held on September 8, 2017. The request for holding a Seminar on Integrity, Transparency and Accountability in Public Service is still on process. As per indicated on our letter request, the said in-house seminar will be held on September 22, 2017.
No significant events were held in the district for this week but all employees of the Bureau are in full collaboration to exceed the collection target set by the Department of Finance for the month of August 2017. #
