Week of April 28-May 04, 2017

 
For the coverage of April 28- May 04, 2017, there was one (1) formal entry completed out of eight (8) formal entries filed in Port of Iloilo and the remaining seven (7) entries are in progress. Also, one (1) informal entry was filed and completed.

For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, there was one (1) formal entry filed and is still in progress.

To summarize, the entire District of Iloilo has a total of ten (10) formal and informal entries filed.

There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auction, alert orders, warrant of seizure and detention and apprehensions.

Moreover, the Civil Service Commission Region VI has already responded to our letter request for resource speakers for our upcoming in-house seminars on “Customer Service” and “Values Formation”. However, there are no available resource speakers for the month of May hence we will try to coordinate a schedule for the month of June 2017.

There were no significant events or operational highlights for this week other than the district has generated a cash revenue of P203,765,825 for the month of April which exceeded the P202,065,600 required goal reaching a 1 percent deviation. #
