In preparation to the forthcoming Performance Governance System (PGS) Proficiency Stage Revalida, the Port of Davao led by District Collector Atty. Erastus Sandino B. Austria and its local Office of the Strategy Management (OSM) held its 4th Quarterly Strategy Review on 11 November 2021.

Atty. Austria discussed the Port’s Risks, Opportunities for Improvement, and updates on the compliances of deliverables for the year 2021. The management also updated its governance scorecard, roadmaps and other submissions needed for the Proficiency Stage Revalida.

Furthermore, the audit findings from the Stage 1 External Audit were also discussed as well as the needed preparations for the Stage 2 ISO:9001 external audit in December 2021.

BOC Davao led by District Collector, Atty. Austria ensures 100% compliance of all PGS and ISO related documents, requirements and standards as it bids to become the first ISO Certified Customs Office in Mindanao.
