WEEKLY REPORT for May 15-19, 2017
19 formal entries, 738 transhipment entries, 108 warehousing entries, 35 informal entries and 433 export entries were filed and completed, gathering a total of 1333 entries for the week.
On the other hand, there are no recorded reports on balikbayan boxes and auctioned shipments.
However, Ms. Nanie G. Koh, Acting Chief of Auction and Cargo Disposal Monitoring Division together with her personnel from the Ports Operations Service visited the port and conducted an Inventory on Abandoned and Seized Cargoes and Containers that are scheduled for future auction. Ms. Koh and her personnel were accompanied by Acting Deputy Collector for Operations Atty. Noe L. Espenilla and OIC-Auction and Cargo Disposal Unit Ms. Venus Mae Juico who spearheaded such inventory last Thursday, May 18
Furthermore, there are no reported apprehensions as well as Alert Order and Warrant of Seizure and Detention (WSD) issued for the week. However, Events/Trainings/Seminars to be conducted are still being prepared by the Administrative Division based on the list of Events/Seminars needed by each port’s division/unit.
