DESCRIPTIVE REPORT
WEEKLY REPORT for March 5-9, 2018
Port of Clark has recorded 29 formal entries, 952 transshipment entries, 67 warehousing entries, 56 informal entries and 905 export entries which were filed and completed this week, gathering a total of 2,009 entries.
There are no reports on auction, seizures and apprehensions.
However, a Consultative Meeting with the Korean Community Association of Central Luzon was held last March 7, 2018. This was attended by other Korean Stakeholders including the President of Widus Hotel and Casino Clark; representatives from the Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) and customs officials assigned at the Passenger Service Division, Arrival Area. The meeting mainly focused on the concerns and necessary improvements on customs processes and procedures that were later on settled through an agreement to draft a Memorandum of Agreement which will subsequently be signed by said concerned parties.
