Upholding its vision of rendering a world-class customs service, the Port of Batangas received its 9th ISO QMS Certification after successfully fulfilling the ISO requirements in processing of imported and exported goods and expanding it to its Customer Care Center as satisfactorily found during the Surveillance Audit last April.

The awarding ceremony was held on 05 July 2021 and attended by the District Collector of the Port of Batangas, Atty. Ma. Rhea M. Gregorio via ZOOM conference.

The Port of Batangas is the first major collection district with ISO 9001:2015 QMS Certification acquiring its first certificate in 2013.
