In compliance to Section 1129 of Republic Act No. 10863 “Customs Modernization and Tariff Act”, this Notice to Pay Duties and Taxes to the Bureau of Customs is hereby served for the consignees whose shipments have been final assessed on May 16, 2019 to May 29, 2019 but duties and taxes were still not settled.
