NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS OF BALIKBAYAN BOXES SHIPPED BY JENRICH FAST CARGO/ WILLXPRESS INC. DISCHARGED AT THE PORT OF MANILA
This is to inform the following claimants (See attached Annex “A”) who manifested their intention to claim their balikbayan boxes shipped by JENRICH FAST CARGO /WILLXPRESS INC and submitted their documentary requirements through BOC Portal that the Decree of Abandonment covering your shipment has finally been lifted by the Commissioner.
Additionally, the following claimants (See attached Annex “B”) are also notified that the lifting of the Decree of Abandonment covering your shipment is already pending approval.
The above listed claimants are also notified that your balikbayan boxes are scheduled to be stripped from their respective container vans and be subjected to x-ray examination. In the meantime, you are invited to attend the videoconference meeting for further instructions. Please wait for the ODCOPE HOTLINE to send the link of the said meeting to your contact numbers.
On the other hand, the following claimants (See attached Annex “C”) who manifested their intention to claim their balikbayan boxes through BOC Portal but failed to submit complete documents are given final notice to submit complete documentary requirements within seven (7) days from posting of this notice; otherwise, the Decree of Abandonment issued against your balikbayan box will be deemed final and be disposed by the Port of Manila in accordance with customs laws, rules, and regulations.
