[1] In the event that the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) will be extended after May 15, 2020 or if it is downgraded to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) the Port of Manila will publish procedures on online bidding for participants who will not be able to come to the indicated venue because of travel restrictions imposed by the IATF. The procedures on online bidding shall automatically be suspended when the ECQ or GCQ is lifted by the IATF.
