Opening of sealed bids : 10:00 A.M.
Place : Conference Room, Second Floor, Cebu Customs House
The articles shall be available for viewing on: January 23 and 24, 2019 at the CIP Holding Area, Orient Freight and Conpac Bonded Warehouse, Cebu City.
