Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1141,1148,1149,1150 of the CMTA in relation to CMO 42-93 dated August 27, 1993 and CMO 10-2007 dated 28 November 2007, there will be Public Auction Sale through SEALED BIDDING, of perishable goods listed here under to be conducted by the Port of Cagayan De Oro on: September 24, 2018 (Monday) at 2:00 P.M. and non-perishable goods on: September 28,2018 (Friday) at 2:00 P.M.

Place : 2nd floor, Port of Cagayan de Oro Building, Macabalan, Cagayan de Oro City.

Public Viewing of perishable Items will be on September 20, 2018 at 10:00 AM and non-perishable items on September 21,2018 at 10:00AM at the Customs Clearance Area – Mindanao Container Terminal.
