Pursuant to the provision of Section 2601 of the TCCP as amended in relation to CMO 5-2003 dated March 17, 2003, CMO 18-2003 dated July 25, 2003, CMO 5-2005 dated June 15, 2005 and CAO 10-2007 dated November 28, 2007, a PUBLIC AUCTION SALE (Sealed Bidding) of abandoned and forfeited cargoes in Five (5) Lots shall be conducted by this Port on October 28, 2016 (Friday) at 2:00 P.M., Conference Room, 3rd Floor, BOC-NAIA Main Building, MIA Road, Pasay City. The said articles shall be available for viewing at the designated locations on October 26 – 27, 2016, respectively from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

In the event of failed bidding, the same articles shall be offered in a second public auction to be held on the third business day following the first auction at the same time and place with no reduction of the floor price without any need for further advertisement.
