INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXAMINEES:
- Examinees are required to bring the following:
- Updated Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2017) with attached Work Experience Sheet)
- Any government-issued Identification Card
- Black or Blue
- Examinees must be in smart casual attire.
- Examinees should be at the designated venue at least 30 minutes prior to the examination schedule for the conduct of verification by the BOC HRMPSB Secretariat.
