In the matter of the Decree of Abandonment issued against shipments consigned to various consignees that arrived at the Port of Manila, South Harbor.

NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT
This is to notify that the District Collector of Customs, Port of Manila, rendered a Decree of Abandonment on May 25, 2022, against the above-mentioned overstaying cargoes located at CON-PAC WAREHOUSING INC. Failure to file a Motion for Reconsideration within Fifteen (15) days from posting of this Notice at the Bureau of Customs Website and Bulletin Board shall be construed as a waiver and the subject overstaying cargoes shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
