NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT
Abandonment Proceedings No. 050-2022
This is to notify that the District Collector of Customs, Port of NAIA, rendered a Notice and Declaration of Abandonment docketed as Abandonment Proceeding No. 050-2022 (NAIA) on December 9, 2022, declaring abandoned in favor of the government, a total of Two Hundred Seventy One (271) pieces of baggage at the Interline Baggage Room at the NAIA Terminal 1, 2 & 3, and Inbond Section at NAIA Terminal 1, pursuant to Section 10.4 and 11.4 of CAO 1-2017.
Failure to file a Motion for Reconsideration within Fifteen (15) days from posting of this Notice at the Bureau of Customs Website shall be construed as a waiver and the subject shipment shall be disposed in accordance with law.
