LIST OF ABANDONED AND OVERSTAYING CONTAINERS AT PORT OF BATANGAS

Pursuant to the instruction of the Office of the Commissioner to immediately dispose Overstaying Containers at the Port of Batangas and for issuance of Decrees of Abandonment of the same under Section 1129 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act, let this be a Final Notice to all owners of overstaying containers stored at Port of Batangas per list submitted by the Asian Terminals, Inc. (ATI), to the Auction and Cargo Disposal Unit – Port of Batangas (attached herein).

Ten (10) days upon posting of the same at the Bulletin Board of the Port of Batangas and BOC website the said containers will be declared abandoned by the District Collector and accordingly will be issued Decrees of Abandonment pursuant to the provisions of the CMTA.
