The Bureau of Customs will hold a fun run for stakeholders and the public alike dubbed “BUREAU OF CUSTOMS AND KALAYAAN ATIN ITO FUN RUN” (National Progress through Unity and Patriotism) on JULY 2, 2017, SUNDAY, 4:00 AM, at the Quirino Grandstand, Manila.

This activity will be carried out in coordination with “Kalayaan Atin Ito” Group, a civic group formed to pursue our claims in the Kalayaan Group of Islands.

The primary purpose of this event is to inspire unity and patriotism, the most effective weapons to eliminate illicit trade and corruption.

The run will have three (3) categories: 3K with registration fee of P500.00, 5k with registration fee of P650.00 (both are inclusive of race bib and singlet) and 10k (platoon run) which is exclusive only for uniformed personnel of law enforcement agencies, with registration fee of P750.00. For the 3k and 5k category, a certificate of commitment will be issued to all participants and a trophy will be awarded to the first five finishers for each category. The category for women runners will be separate from the men.

Assembly time will be at 4:00 A.M, gun start for ten (10k) will be at 4:30, 5:00 for 5k and 5:15 for 3k.
