The Bureau of Customs (BOC) is inviting all interested parties to apply for accreditation as service provider on online inventory system for Customs Bonded Warehouse (CBW):

1. Interested parties shall submit the following requirements in support of their application:
   • Letter of Application for Accreditation as Service Provider
   • DTI Business Registration or SEC Registration
   • Valid and Current Business Permit
   • BIR Registration Certificate (BIR Form 2303)
   • Latest Income Tax Return
   • Other documents as outlined in the Eligibility Requirements.
   • Non-refundable application fee of P50,000.00
2. The Eligibility Requirements and Terms of Reference (TOR) may be downloaded from the BOC website using this link https://customs.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/TOR_for_CBW.pdf
3. The above requirements shall be submitted to the Committee on Customs Inventory System for CBW thru Mr. Katherine Cañon on or before April 30, 2020.
