The Bureau of Customs (BOC) is inviting all interested parties to apply for accreditation as Electronic Tracking of Containerized Cargo (E-TRACC) System Provider:

1. Interested parties shall submit the following requirements in support of their application:

• a. Letter of Application for Accreditation as E-TRACC System Provider
• b. DTI Business Registration or SEC Registration
• c. Valid and Current Business Permit
• d. BIR Registration Certificate (BIR Form 2303)
• e. Latest Income Tax Return
• f. Other documents as outlined in the Eligibility Requirements.
• g. Non refundable application fee of P50,000.00

2. The Eligibility Requirements and Terms of Reference (ToR) may be downloaded from the BOC website using this link: https://customs.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/TOR_ETRACC_3_Mar_2020.pdf

3. The above requirements shall be submitted to the ETRACC Accreditation Committee Secretariat Ms. Grace Gomez on or before March 19, 2020.
