Commissioner’s Visit to Port of Zamboanga

Commissioner Isidro Lapeña visited the Port of Zamboanga as part of the regular port monitoring and inspection on December 11, 2017. He was joined by Deputy Commissioner Gladys Rosales of Internal Administration Group and Deputy Commissioner Ricardo Quinto of Intelligence Group.
