The BOC Customer Care Center (CCC) – Port of Subic was finally awarded its Certification for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System during the BOC Executive Committee Meeting on June 20, 2022.
Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero and representatives from TUV SUD Philippines awarded the Port’s CCC Certification to District Collector Maritess T. Martin and Ms. Vilma V. Radam, Head of CCC-Subic.
The ISO Certification is a widely known and internationally accepted standard for quality management and recognizes organizations with a quality management system that consistently provides services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
District Collector Martin congratulates CCC – Subic led by Ms. Radam, together with her team, for their untiring efforts to successfully secure the Certification. In return, Ms. Radam reassured District Collector Martin that she and her team will continue to maintain and improve the standards established during the ISO Certification process to improve the services offered by the Port to its stakeholders.
