The Bureau of Customs – Port of Clark, together with the Customs Anti-Illegal Drug Task Force (CAIDTF), Enforcement & Security Service (ESS), Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (CIIS), X-ray Inspection Project (XIP) & Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), recorded another successful drug bust as it seized 2.5 kilograms of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, commonly known as Shabu, with an estimated value of Php 17.25-million and arrested one (1) claimant in Pasay City.

Bureau of Customs – Port of Subic and the Intelligence Group seized another 3×40’ container shipments carrying around 3,160 Master Cases of illicit cigarettes with an estimated value of Php 131.14 Million last July 04, 2022.

Agents from the Bureau of Customs (BOC) seized tobacco products and other cigarette-making paraphernalia with an estimated value of P256.5 million from a warehouse along Tanza-Trece Martires Road in Brgy. De Ocampo, Trece Martirez, Cavite. With assistance from the National Bureau of Investigation Special Action Unit (NBI SAU), the operation led to the arrest of four Chinese nationals who will face appropriate legal charges in relation to smuggling.
