NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT FOR FAILURE TO FILE/LODGE, TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES  AND TO CLAIM GOODS DISCHARGED MAY 29, 2023 Pursuant to Customs Administrative Order (CAO) 13-2020, the Port of Davao hereby sends this Notice for the consignees whose shipments have been discharged as of the date indicated in the attached list but have not filed the corresponding goods declaration. Failure to file the goods declaration within fifteen (15) days from the date of discharge of the last package from the vessel, pursuant to the above-said CAO, shall be deemed implied abandonment of the imported goods.
