NOTICE TO LODGE GOODS DECLARATION (FILE ENTRY), TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES AND TO CLAIM GOODS FOR SHIPMENT DISCHARGED AT THE PORT OF MANILA
Pursuant to Section 1129 of RA 10863 or the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA), the Port of Manila hereby posts this Notice to Lodge Goods Declaration (File Entry) for the following consignees whose shipment with Bill of Lading Numbers and Registry Numbers indicated in the file attached has been discharged but a corresponding goods declaration has not yet been lodged/filed.
