The sub-port of Mindanao Container Terminal hereby notifies all concerned consignees to File Goods Declaration for shipments discharged for the period of December 25, 2023 – January 8, 2024. The hereunder consignees are hereby directed To Lodge/File their corresponding import entries (Goods Declarations) within 15 Days from the last cargo discharge pursuant to Section 407 In relation to Section 1129 of the CMTA.
