The sub-port of Mindanao Container Terminal hereby notifies all concerned consignees to File Goods Declaration for shipments discharged for the period of October 30-November 4, 2023. The hereunder consignees are hereby directed To Lodge/File their corresponding import entries (Goods Declarations) within 15 Days from the last cargo discharge pursuant to Section 407 In relation to Section 1129 of the CMTA.
