WHAT:
The Department of Finance (DOF) and the Bureau of Customs (BOC) has issued the draft CAO on Customs Bonded Warehousing. The draft as of 08 December 2016 is found in www.dof.gov.ph/cmta_irrand in www.customs.gov.ph/cmta/

This entirely new draft is being published as a result of the previously held public consultation on Customs Bonded Warehouses and Customs Facilities and Warehouses last 20 October 2016.

A new draft CAO dealing exclusively with Customs Facilities and Warehouses will be published at a later date.

WHEN:
We are accepting Position Papers from interested private and public stakeholders from December 09 to December 16, 2016, closingexactly at midnight, Philippine Standard Time.

This deadline will be strictly enforced.

Please note that there will no longer be a public consultation on this CAO topic as the same has already been held last October 20, 2016.
